Katie Byrne is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She has been serving both children and adults in the behavioral health field for over 3 decades. She attended Westfield State University for her Bachelor's of Arts in Psychology & Broadcast Communications and received her Registered Nurse (RN) training over 20 years ago; practicing in the acute and critical care hospital settings. She received her Master's of Science in Nursing at Northeastern University and is currently working toward her Doctorate of Nursing Practice degree. Katie enjoys teaching and sharing her knowledge, both as a professor and clinical preceptor for nurse practitioner students and her patients. Katie uses a trauma-informed, holistic approach to treatment and provides helpful psycho-education. Katie is passionate about educating and advocating for her patients and provides psychopharmacology services to all ages.

Philip Byrne has been a Registered Nurse for over 20 years. He has had many opportunities to touch families and patients’ lives in his varied practice settings. Phil has worked in acute care, memory care and operating room nursing. He has been in leadership roles, an educator, as well as a frontline staff member of large Boston and local community hospitals. Nursing has provided Phil not only with a solid set of technical skills; but also with the warm and welcoming practice of helping those find hope in their moments of need. Phil is a holistic practitioner. He listens to his patients and sees each as a unique individual. As a licensed medical professional and Certified Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) technician, Phil offers a friendly, calm presence, while providing exceptional, modern mental health treatment. . Phil is a lifelong learner and continues to cultivate skills in the area of TMS and wellness. He is committed to sharing this knowledge and passion with you.

Jessica Carlin is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and a board certified Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) and has been practicing nursing for the past 16 years. She also attained her Doctorate of Nursing Practice (DNP) with her thesis work focused on caring for families and children with chronic or life threatening illness. As a PMHNP, she enjoys working with adults and children across the lifespan. She believes in a holistic approach to medication management and psychotherapy, while understanding the importance of collaboration with her patient’s healthcare providers to provide a safe and comprehensive treatment plan. She is welcoming patients of all ages with a variety of mental health issues, and does specialize in LGBTQIA+ care, pediatric/adolescent care, grief, trauma, adjusting to chronic illness, depression, anxiety, and ADHD.

Joleen is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) treating clients of all ages. She provides pharmacological management services in a therapeutic environment geared towards meeting your goals. Joleen graduated Cum Laude from UMass Boston twice, with Bachelor of Science degrees in Psychology/Sociology and Nursing. She obtained her Masters degree from MCPHS after 16 years as an RN. As an RN, she specialized in Critical Care and Gastroenterology. As a PMHNP, Joleen utilizes a holistic approach to treatment, as well as advocacy and education, to help you build resiliency and feel empowered in your daily life.

Erin Emerson is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She has been working in health care for over 15 years with experience in cardiac acute care, ICU, cardiac rehab and as a community mental health nurse. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from UMASS Amherst with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northeastern University earning her Master’s of Science in Nursing. Erin enjoys working with both children and adults across the life span to improve both physical and mental health through diet, exercise, meditation, sleep hygiene and psychopharmacology as needed. She embraces a whole-body approach in her care and tries to encourage autonomy and self-growth. Erin makes collaborative care a priority and works with physicians, school psychologists and therapists to ensure positive outcomes are met. Erin is passionate about educating and advocating for her patients. She provides psychopharmacology services to all ages.

Cheryl Greene is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, MA, LMHC. She has been working with children, adults and families in a variety of settings for over 20 years. She received a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology at University of Massachusetts, Dartmouth and a Masters of Arts in Counseling Psychology at Lesley University.
Cheryl interweaves both traditional and creative modalities when working with clients. Her approach is trauma informed, holistic, individualized and strength based. She is passionate about and maintains current, ongoing education in the practices of Trauma Informed Expressive Arts Therapy and Sensorimotor Expressive Arts Therapy. This includes the integration of art forms such as visual arts, music/sound, movement, narrative story telling and writing, all as psychotherapeutic processes utilized to enhance and restore an individual’s mental health and well being. In addition to Expressive Therapy practices, Cheryl's interests and studies include complementary somatic, mind-body, and "brain wise" approches.

Kathleen Hood is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She has been working in healthcare for over 15 years, with experience in the acute care setting, community mental health, and inpatient psychiatric care for adolescents. Kathleen has been passionate about helping others since she was a child. She graduated from Laboure College with an Associate’s Degree in Nursing, from Curry College with a Bachelor’s of Science in Nursing, and from Regis College with a Master’s of Science in Nursing. Kathleen has taught nursing students as a professor at a local community college, has precepted nursing students for many years and loves to share her knowledge and passion for patient care and helping others. Kathleen believes in a holistic approach to patient care and enjoys collaborating with all members of a patient’s health care team. She enjoys providing psychopharmacology services and psycho-education to patients of all ages.

Pamela Matthews is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) who has worked in the community with behavioral care for over 20 years. She attended Gordon College for Bachelors in Social Work and Sociology. She also holds a Bachelors in Fine Arts from Massachusetts College of Art and a Bachelors in Nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing. She received her Master's of Science in Nursing at Regis College. Pamela enjoys supporting individuals through a holistic and creative approach treating the whole individual by promoting active strategies to increase wellness through effective listening and planning to enhance wellness by reduction in symptoms. Pamela is an enthusiastic advocate for self healing through the use of nutrition, exercise, and self care along with pharmacological remedies to combat ailments such as; depression, substance abuse, anxiety, and trauma as well as treating a variety of mental health issues for all ages. Pamela strives to bring to her practice current research in pharmacological options to endeavor for the best outcomes for clients

Halley M. Palmer, LICSW specializes in working with people who struggle to fit in, whether it be at work, school, or their community. Maybe it's because of their sexuality, the color of their skin, or their interests are just different and misunderstood by others. She is a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker. She enjoys working with LGBTQIA+, BIPOC, female, and neurodivergent folks. She utilizes a number of evidenced-based practices, such as TF-CBT and ARC, to help her clients reduce distressing symptoms related specifically to trauma, stress, depression, and ADHD. She takes particular care to learn about your experiences, motivations, and strengths to best inform her work with you.
Maybe you consider yourself a bit of a nerd? Then she would also be happy to engage you in a variety of therapeutic activities based around your special interests such as Dungeons & Dragons, anime, or Star Wars. This is often referred to as Geek Therapy. Her personal favorite fandoms are Star Wars, Avengers, role-playing video games (such as Mass Effect), board games, and tabletop roleplaying games like Dungeons & Dragons. If you have an interest she is unfamiliar with she would be happy for you to share it with her!

Kailen is a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). She earned her bachelor of arts at the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, then earned her RN at Greenfield Community College, her Masters Degree in nursing from University of Phoenix, and completed her PMHNP certification at UMass Dartmouth. Kailen has over 20 years of experience as a nurse. She has experience working with parents and babies during the childbearing year, working with adults as an oncology nurse, and as a nursing leader. Kailen is passionate about helping individuals and families live their “best life”, honoring the self and nurturing each person’s innate desire to find satisfaction and connection. She treats the whole person, enjoys sharing practical coping strategies, incorporating complementary therapies, providing psychopharmacology treatments, and collaborating with the entire healthcare team. Kailen is welcoming new patients from children through adulthood.
